Conferences
The Focus Hotel Restaurant *** has at its disposal two air-conditioned conference rooms.
The conference room of an approximate surface of 130 m2 can accommodate up to 150 persons. Equipped with a screen, a flipchart, an overhead projector and a sound system it makes for a perfect venue for conferences, business meetings and presentations.
For customers wishing to conduct smaller-scale training sessions, we recommend the Meeting Room located on the first floor of the hotel. This room has a surface area of approx. 45 m2, which can accommodate up to 35 persons.
Our conference offer comprises the following:
- lease of one of the two conference/meeting rooms depending on the number of participants
- catering during the conference
- business lunch break
- organisation of the registration desk
- organisational marking of the rooms
- complex room furnishing
- technical support for organisers
Subject to a surcharge, we can also offer:
